Mayor Finley is Splash's father. As mayor of the Kingdom, he has a lot of responsibility... for instance making sure that the mail arrives on time and that all creatures in the Kingdom get their daily newspaper and lots more. Even though he can be so busy running around the Kingdom, Mayor Finley always has time to be a good dad to Splash and Coral and a wonderful husband to Mom Finley
