Mom Finley is Splash's Mother. She is the Kingdom's best cook. She is always cooking warm and juicy seaweed. As the wife of Mayor Finley, she's always helping out in the Kingdom. If somebody is not feeling well she's always the first to bring them some delicious seaweed soup to help them get well. she is loving, caring, and very considerate.
